If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged:
- Earrings/hygiene-sensitive jewellery items
- Custom-made or personal products
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse
Natural Products Notice
Many of our crystals are natural products and may vary in colour, shape, pattern, and inclusions. These natural variations are not faults.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
